Take a stroll today of the highlights of Venice together with your local Guide who will avoid you to get lost through its narrow alleys. You will be dazzled by the visit to the Basilica with its shimmering, precious gold-leaf mosaics and items such as the “Golden Cloth” displayed behind the altar, continue then to visit the in-Doge’s Palace, the “city hall” where the laws were made, the courtrooms, and eventually you will cross the most-celebrated icon of Venice, the Bridge of Sighs, to go deep inside the Venice Prisons. Evening gondola ride. In the early evening your Concierge will wait to bring you to enjoy your awaiting Gondola. The magic of this unique city will come alive as you glide by gondola down the shimmering Grand Canal and float quietly down inner canals spanned by tiny romantic bridges - you will get lost in this beautiful labyrinth of land and water. Taking a gondola ride in Venice gives you a completely different perspective of the city than exploring it on foot. They have been a tradition in Venice for centuries. Initially used to transport goods down the narrow canals of Venice, today gondolas are primarily used for sightseeing and ceremonial functions.

Set out your hotel and leave with your private motor launch to Piazzale Roma where your private car will be waiting for you to privately transfer you to your hotel in Verona. In the early afternoon let your local guide introduce you to one of the most romantic cities. Verona owes its romantic reputation to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, which was set here. Your tour will include Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet's House and the Roman Arena, one of the largest and finest preserved amphitheatres.

You cannot leave Veneto without experience the romantic hills of the outskirt of Verona. The vineyards of the Valpolicella region begin just outside the city of Verona, the region produces only red wines, and although its reputation suffered in the past as the kind of cheap vino you would order in a pizzeria, today it is producing some of Italy's finest. Today’s wine experience will take you to a very specific area of Valpolicella: Sant’Ambrogio. Sant’Ambrogio is one of the five towns that constitute Valpolicella Classica, the historical wine producing region of Amarone, Recioto and Ripasso. Visit of Villa Monteleone, a small winery owned by Ms Lucia Raimondi who was led here almost twenty years ago by her passion for wine. You will visit to the drying center and to the barrique cellar. At Villa Monteleone they are using both the French oak barrique and the more traditional 600 and 1000 literes casks. Taste their products Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto. After a leisurely lunch we suggest to tasta some local restaurants in San Giorgio, a small village on the hill overlooking Sant’Ambrogio and the whole Valpolicella. Continue with your experience with a visit of the Maroni’s third generation wine makers vinery. Meroni’s Amarone is one of the longest ageing in Valpolicella, even 5-6 years in wood and one in bottle. Meroni’s Amarone is called “Velluto”, meaning velvet in Italian, and if you taste it, you will immediately understand why.
