Upon arrival at the Milan airport you will be met by your Concierge who will accompany you to your private vehicle and transferred to your hotel in Cuneo. Your concierge will ensure your holiday is running smoothly and to your complete gratification. Begin your first Italian morning with an American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel to prepare your first stop in this beautiful wine country. You will visit one of the oldest wineries in Italy. Today, you will get to taste history with a complete wine tasting accompanied by local gastronomic products, as you sit in a room of a castle overlooking Italian vineyards. Continue your tour onto Costigliole D’Asti, where you will have the chance to visit another winery, that is one of the best of Italian wine producers in the Barbera area. When you sip these wines, you can taste the natural passion of the grapes and the owners. During our return to the Hotel, you will have one more visit to the Moriondo Virginio Pastry Shop in Mombaruzzo, their specialty being their almond cookies that you will have to taste! you will then continue to the hotel.

Begin your morning with an American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel to prepare for another incredible day among the vineyards. Today you head out on foot towards the Barolo lands for a pleasant walk. To make sure you are completely comfortable and can enjoy each step in the countryside, we recommend a good pair of shoes suitable light trekking. You then will be completely immersed in the heart of the Langa, a UNESCO Heritage area, to discover the King of Wines: the Barolo. And after discovering where Barolo is born, tasting of this wine renomated in all the world. In the afternoon, before heading back to your hotel, you will stop to visit Cherasco. Founded in 1243, it represents a true jewel of architecture, art and history with its historical palaces, the Visconti castle, the Jewish ghetto and the precious churches. Here you will take you to taste the famous sweet called "kisses of Cherasco", in a confectionery that has been in business since 1881.

Begin your morning with an American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel to prepare for our journey into the Emilia Romagna Region! You will be met by your private vehicle and depart to Polesine Parmense, where you will visit one of the most famous farms for the production of the Culatello. Enjoy a rich tasting of local products including salumi, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salad fresh from the kitchen garden, focaccia bread, homemade desserts, and Fortana wine, After these local delicatessen you will continue to one of the best wineries in the Lambrusco area that has produced Lambrusco di Sorbara (a rather delightfully fizzy red wine) since 1926. You will tour this winery and be able to taste these particular wines. This evening you will stay in Maranello (the Capital of Ferrari) in a hotel located directly opposite the Ferrari wind tunnel - a unique structure responsible for helping to shape some of the most famous and iconic Ferraris made. Begin your morning with an American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel to prepare for a day of adrenaline with a Ferrari test drive, followed by a Balsamic vinegar tasting - or as many calls it, black gold! Get behind the wheel and enjoy a half hour Ferrari test drive. With this test you will experience the adrenaline and thrill of driving on the same roads that Ferrari tests its prototypes before presenting them to the entire world. You do not need to be a professional driver to drive here. Ferraris may look like they are too fast to control, but it is truly a car that can be driven easily. After your test drive you will visit the Ferrari Museum, a museum unique in the world that encompasses all that has been created within the world of Ferrari. After a relaxing lunch (payable locally) your private vehicle will take you straight to visit Acetaia Valeri where passion becomes a career and when the passion for their career creates art! You will discover the journey of Balsamic Vinegar from the grape vine to the aged wooden casks, to the beautiful bottles that you can take home. Upon completion of the tour relax in your private vehicle and let you driver take you to your hotel In Radda in Chianti.

Enjoy your American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel and meet your private vehicle and English-speaking driver guide to immerse yourselves into the Chianti area! Stop in one of the most famous wineries in the Chianti area, with a farm where a modern kitchen has been designed - with a wine shop, dining room, and tasting room - and here commence your fantastic private cooking class. you will have culinary demonstrations; wine-food pairing courses; start your private three-hour hands-on lesson with an English-speaking tutor. The protagonists of the culinary demonstrations are the dishes of Italian cuisine but to be more specific, these are Tuscan taste traditions - local to the area that you have been visiting. At the end you will be given a carnet containing the recipes of the dishes made during the lesson. At the end of the lesson enjoy the fruits of your labor. Later your private driver will take you back to your hotel.

After your delicious American buffet breakfast meet your private vehicle and enjoy a day in Florence Once arrived in the Renaissance City meet your expert local guide and let him/her introduce you to this beautiful city his and enjoy a gastronomic tour of Florence. Your expert local guide will accompany you to the historic Central Market, the bustling market of the central San Lorenzo district near the Medici Chapel that holds the family tombs - carved by Michelangelo. Your guide will explain the secrets of traditional Tuscan recipes: how to prepare crostini, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, tripe, and lampredotto, how to use extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and how to properly taste the famous Chianti wine of the hills of Tuscany. During your visit you will have the chance to taste some of the most famous Tuscan specialties and will explain the history behind these coveted products. Once out of the Market you will continue through the center of Florence, and visit "Botteghe" of the Tuscan gastronomy outside of the market, such as the famous food-carts of "Lampredotto", better known as "trippai" or "lampredottai." A historically local food, this simple sandwich is a pure local delight and a mix of tradition and authenticity that you find only in Florence. Have some time at leisure (1 hour) maybe you want to do some shopping or stop by a fantastic gelato before returning back to your hotel with your private driver.

This morning your private English-speaking driver guide will meet you after you American-style buffet breakfast to take you out of a journey into the lands of one of the most prized wines in the world, Brunello! Arrive in Montepulciano and after a walking tour inside the historical centre you reach the wonderful cellar De Ricci, called «The most beautiful cellar in the world» You will visit this beautiful cellar, follow with a tasting of some local wine production. Proceed then to the neighboring village Montalcino, a charming hill-town village, that looks almost fairytale-like as you drive up the steep roads through the rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves. Why the stop here, you ask? This tiny town is famous all over the world for their extraordinary production of the coveted wine: Brunello di Montalcino. Enjoy lunch at leisure, there are plenty of restaurants in which you can have a taste of the local cuisine. After Lunch continue your visit with your private driver guide to one of the historic wineries of this area. This winery has a very nice peculiarity, is the only winery in Italy with an all-female staff. It has received awards and prizes for its wines and for having contributed to women’s’ presence in the world of wine. You will have the opportunity to taste the top-rated Brunello wines including Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva and Brunello di Montalcino Prime Donne Selection. At the end of the tour, you will be privately transferred back to the hotel.
