DEPOSIT
In order to confirm the final proposal, a deposit of 20% of the total amount due is required of the client, this deposit is not refundable. Full balance is due 60 days prior to the client’s arrival.
In the event that the services requested are scheduled to be provided within the next 60 days at the latest, the balance will be due upon confirmation of the services. -Payments accepted: credit card (Amex – Visa – Mastercard) via secure link or bank transfer
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the client wish to cancel the travel plans made through Your Custom Journey di Customized Srl, the following penalties will apply (please be advised that the percentages shown below are calculated with regards to the total cost of the travel arrangements made through Your Custom Journey di Customized Srl, not in relation to the amount already paid at the time of cancellation):
- 20% deposit of tour cost: not refundable;
- 50% of tour cost: if the cancellation is requested between 59 and 30 days prior to the first service provided;
- 75% of tour cost: if the cancellation is requested between 29 and 21 days prior to the first service provided;
- 100% of tour cost: if the cancellation is requested 20 days, or less, prior to the first service provided;
All tickets once confirmed are non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Penalties will always apply in case the client desires to cancel tickets that had been already confirmed.
Should the cancellation policy of a hotel or service be more restrictive than ours, the former will apply. Different conditions and/or terms of payment will be applied for Groups, Meetings, Incentive & Events and Villa/Apartment rentals and will be provided separately case by case.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with applicable privacy laws EU Regulations n. 679/2016, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed in an ethical and transparent manner. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to third parties – including members of our own company, partners and service providers – solely for the purposes of completing your booking through us and in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested.
COPYWRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The estimate attached contains information of a CONFIDENTIAL nature which constitutes a technical and intellectual heritage of considerable value protected by Italian law, particularly by the Italian Code of Industrial Property Rights envisaged by Legislative Decree 10.2.2005, no 30, by the copyright law no 633 of 1941 and at an international level by the WIPO Convention and the Copyright Act.
Our Agency is the exclusive owner of all contents of the estimate, which are disclosed for the sole purpose of being able to properly carry out the necessary negotiations and discussions to achieve the best travel offer.
The Receiving Party therefore undertakes not to communicate, copy, reproduce or disclose in any way the content of the estimate.
In the event that the Receiving Party does not comply with this obligation, it will be required to pay a sum equal to Euro 5,000.00 (five thousand / 00), as a penalty, without prejudice to further damages.
Your Custom Journey di Customized Srl strongly recommends that all travelers arrange for themselves a trip cancellation/interruption insurance.
