What matters more than a resume
You're naturally good at conversations.
You know when to listen, when to suggest, and when to be quiet. Sales experience is useful, but what we really need is someone who can make a stranger feel comfortable spending serious money with a company they've never heard of.
You know Italy beyond the postcards.
Not just Rome and Florence, you can talk about why Puglia is having a moment, what makes Piedmont different from Tuscany, where to eat in Venice that isn't a tourist trap. First-hand knowledge is ideal. Deep research ability is the minimum.
You write and speak English fluently.
We want those who work with us to speak the same way our customers do. The tone needs to be warm, professional, and free of awkwardness. Italian fluency is a plus, not a requirement.
